🔐 What Is the UNDP Cybersecurity Training for African Youth 2025?
The UNDP Cybersecurity Training 2025 is a regional initiative aimed at empowering African youth with critical digital skills. Following the success of the 2023 pilot—where 22 participants secured jobs or launched digital projects—the 2025 edition will train 150 young Africans through a hands-on, hybrid learning model.
The programme provides access to cybersecurity fundamentals, connects you to tech experts, and boosts your chances of finding meaningful employment in today’s digital economy.
🌍 Who Can Apply to the ?
The Free UNDP Cybersecurity Training 2025 is open to youth from 24 West and Central African countries. To qualify, applicants must:
- ✅ Be 18–35 years old
- ✅ Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries
- ✅ Be enrolled in or have graduated from a university or technical school
- ✅ Show an interest in cybersecurity (basic IT or programming knowledge is a plus)
- ✅ Speak either English or French
- ✅ Have a valid national ID or passport
